Arizona Planning, the Command Board, and PawPack in the Queue

The Arizona data-center plan sits on a long horizon. Physically, it could take 15 to 20 years to become what it wants to be. That timeline does not mean waiting to start; it means building the systems, simulations, and operating model early.

The useful work begins in the digital twin: capacity planning, power and cooling concepts, materials, monitoring, workflows, and the internal logic of the place. A lot of the campus can become legible before there is a campus.

The Project Kanban board is the operating surface underneath all of this. It keeps the work out of vague ambition and inside a visible system: deprioritized, backlog, planning, in progress, review, and completed.

That board is how the giant things and the immediate things can coexist. Arizona can live next to launch work, service design, billing, governance, PawPack, and the daily flow of choosing what actually gets done.

PawPack has been pushed up for App Store review, so the next week is likely to become very PawPack-related. The app is waiting on approval, and that puts the product into a different kind of queue: launch readiness rather than pure building.

The icon and the dogs are useful reminders of the same thing from two sides. One is the packaged product going into review; the other is the reason the product exists at all.
